How to Touch a Woman's Breasts

Several weeks ago I put together an article called How to Touch a Woman that I thought would have covered this topic. Apparently I was wrong as I have had almost 700 requests for a follow-up article addressing women’s breasts specifically.  I have included a Heidi Klum video where she discusses the topic for entertainment purposes.

A Few Notes Before We Begin

This article is written to cover the largest percentage of women. There will absolutely by women that do not fit in any specific category or that can and will behave entirely different than you would expect.  The first and best advice I can give is that your girlfriend, wife, or lover is unique, women vary wildly in this subject matter in particular.  The best solution is to pay careful attention to the woman you are with and use this article as a guideline. Worst case; see the advice at the end of this article.

No encounter with a female should begin by touching her breasts unless she puts your hands there, she is paid for by the hour, or it is somehow socially acceptable to do so in some odd scenario for some strange reason. Breasts are just one part of her anatomy that can be stimulated though there are far more stimulating parts for her, on her body you should visit before you get to her breasts. For the sake of clarity, there are a good 30 to 50 parts (depending upon how you define a woman’s parts) you should touch in the buildup to touching her breasts (unless your specific female says otherwise.) You would do well to read How to Touch a Woman first.

Factors to Consider Before You Begin Your Encounter

How you should touch her breasts depends upon a myriad of factors that no one with the exception of the owner  of said breasts can give you absolute clarity on. You will need a lot of feedback from her to know if you are touching her right. With that in mind, these are the factors that may force you to modify your tactics with her somewhat.

Her Opinion of her own Breasts

Some women love the breasts they have and enjoy flaunting what they have got, some women feel very insecure about their breasts and spend money trying to conceal, hide, fluff, or bury them as best they can and would rather pretend they do not have breasts. Then there are all the women in between.

Still other women, as mentioned in the previous article, dislike their breasts because they cannot sleep on their stomach, they cannot run, they make her shoulders hurt with the high dollar bras they have to wear to keep "the girls" from pointing to her toes.

How Sore or Sensitive her Breasts are

Beyond the mental factor of how the woman feels about her own breasts, there are the sensitivity variations.

Soreness

Some women have breasts that hurt or nipples that get sore for one reason or another at various times of the month. Like everything else with a woman, sometimes the soreness is predictable; sometimes soreness can come and go during the course of a day.

Sensitivity

Still another variable is how sensitive her breasts are at any given point in time. Some women have very sensitive breasts all the time; some women are carrying around breasts that are about as sensitive as water balloons, feeling almost nothing.

Certain women will have one breast that is more sensitive or a breast that stimulates her more than the other one.

This says nothing about a pregnant woman or a woman that is nursing. There are additional rules for both of these classes of women that we will not address here.

How Sexually Stimulating her Breasts can be

Some women do not find having their breasts touched sexy or romantic in the slightest, while others can get excited by having her nipples rub up against the inside of one bra or another.

General Guidelines

Typically touching a woman’s breast is a bigger deal to the more visually inclined male than the female. After all, she has to take care of them 24/7, so by in large, the magic for her is gone. She may like to watch you touch, suck, tickle or grab her breasts, but the majority of the magic she experiences is going to be generated in her head. The IDEA of having her breasts touched typically sounds better in her head than the actual event, and knowing this you should touch her in a way that lets the experience build so she can more readily get to that happy place.

For the majority of women, tickling or touching her breast lightly with your finger tips or nails generates the most physical sensation, the nipple generates some sensation, but like messing with your own nipples, just because there is some or a lot of sensation, does not mean it is a lot of good sensation.

As a general rule smaller breasts are more sensitive than larger breasts and breasts that have been augmented, but this is not true in absolutes.

Pay Attention to the Woman, Particularly her Face

There are a lot of things you need to figure out from the woman as you build this experience for her that could very well vary from occasion to occasion. You could take a shortcut and just ask her questions directly, but you will be better served if you can learn to read her expressions and adjust your technique on the fly. As we have mentioned, sensitivity and soreness, while not always present can impact the type of contact and intensity you need to provide. Touch her in less sensitive areas to gauge her response, and then work toward the objective of her breasts paying careful attention to how her face and body respond to your touch.

OK, all that being said, here is a play by play for the club fisted meat hook guys with the sensitivity of a sledgehammer.

How to Touch a Woman Wearing a Bra

If this is your first time with this woman you will have no idea necessarily how she feels about her breasts, how sensitive they are today, if any part of them hurts, if she feels embarrassed, or if she is ready to break out a boob and jam it in your face. You have a lot to discover here all while looking like you know what you are doing and continuing to build the mood.

Once she is down to her bra, assuming she is not self consciously trying to cover up with a handy curtain or anything, is where we will begin.

Assuming your shirt is off and she is down to her bra and you are both standing, give her a hug and feel her skin next to yours, maybe gently kiss her neck and embrace her for a bit. Squeeze her close to you a little bit and see if she makes a sound or if her body stiffens up a bit. If her breasts are particularly sensitive or sore, she will most likely have some sort of response when you squash her girls a little bit. No noise means you are OK to move to the next level. Tickle or lightly scratch her back above her bra strap with your finger nails, she may hunch over a bit and get chill bumps if you are hitting a good spot.

Remember that you are stimulating her body to turn on her largest sexual organ, her mind. You can enhance this experience by making her feel like you are paying attention to her, not just her as a collection of parts unless you are in full on clothes flying lust mode. Make sure you keep some focus on her, specifically her face or her hands, as not to give her the idea she is a piece of fresh fruit you are groping at the grocery store trying to determine if she is ripe.

Going slow, again, going slow but not so slow cobwebs form, gently run your fingers, grazing her skin with your nails or finger tips (See how to touch a woman to learn the technique) on the back of her neck, her shoulders, collarbone area and under her chin, and use that same touch to glide from her neck down to the tops of her breasts, following the curve of her breast to the outside, moving over the bra, but applying a little more pressure so she can feel you touching her through the bra fabric. You can move back to the top of the breast and gently run your nails down the insides of her breasts in her cleavage.

Place your hands on her shoulders and use your thumbs or using all four fingers put together flat, gently rub and massage the muscle and skin between the tops of her breasts and her collar bones (this muscle is officially called the Pectoralis Major for what it is worth.) These muscles to not get a lot of attention and can be sore from holding up her breasts all day. The larger her breasts, the more likely this is to be true.

As you graze the tops of her breasts with your fingers/fingernails, look at her face to see if what you are doing feels good, if her face is registering any response, or if she looks like you might be causing a small amount of pain. If it is too painful, odds are she will tell you or redirect you to another part of her body, but some women will just keep quiet and take the pain trying to please you. You should appreciate the gesture, but the idea here is to light up her mind and make her want you, and that is hard to accomplish when someone is repeatedly poking a sore spot.

You should certainly be enjoying yourself, but as her fuse takes a little longer to light, you would be well served tending to her needs and desires a bit before your own.

Again assuming you are standing, have her put her arms straight out, resting on your shoulders, exposing the side of her body, her breasts, her arm pits, and the skin on the inside of her arms.

With your nails gently tickle her sides just under her arm pit, and pull your hands forward until you can graze the sides of her breasts a bit before using your finger tips/nails to slide up and down her sides gently scratching. Tickling her inner arm is nice as well.

Note: If she is wearing a heavily padded bra you may not be able to generate much of a sensation at all through the fabric. In this case, pay careful attention to work right up to the edges of the bra, stimulating all the exposed skin as best you can until she has a look on her face like she would like you to touch more, she unhooks the bra or you have run out of arm, breast, neck and shoulder real estate skin to stimulate.

Mix in some stomach tickling with your finger nails down to her skirt/pants/panty line, again somewhat slowly trying to elicit chill bumps or making her stomach jump slight because it tickles just a little too much.

Also mix in holding her hand on occasion and tickling other parts of her body or face from time to time, you do not want to look like the doctor that gives her a mammogram every year. Keep it romantic, not exploratory.

Getting rid of the bra

When you have run out of skin to stimulate or if you need to keep things moving along because she looks bored, unclasp the bra. (For you rookies out there the clasp is typically in the back center, but may be front and center. It is not a complicated mechanism, but you should learn how the friggin' thing works before you are alone in the dark kissing and touching. Just a suggestion.)

Now just because you have unclasped her bra does not mean you should remove it right away. You might want to take some time to tease and lightly scratch the newly exposed skin, while making sure her nipples stay covered somewhat, doing your best to continue to build the experience for her.

(Assuming the bra unclasps in the back and you reached around to get the job done) There will be more of her back exposed that could use some scratching, particularly along the bra line. Focus on lightly tickling the skin or dragging your finger nails over the newly exposed skin under her arms, on her sides where the bra strap was and more of her cleavage.

You can place your hand over her entire breast and apply some light to more intense pressure and gently rub in a circular motion. If you do this while kissing her, you will feel her lips tense up a bit or feel her body stiffen a little bit if your are too rough or if she is sore or extra sensitive. In that event, go back to finger tips and tickling.

Some women like to have their breasts and nipples grabbed and handled roughly, but that would be the minority. She will most likely let you know through demonstration her self or by putting your hands on her at the pressure level she likes. You have to learn the woman.

While kissing, slide the bra straps off her shoulders and hold her hands by your side and let the bra fall to the floor between you, releasing her hands just long enough to let the bra fall to the floor. If that sounds too complicated, kiss her, hold her, and put one hand on her backside.

You want to continue the build up the experience before actually touching her nipples. You want her excited by the IDEA of doing that long before you actually get there

(NOTE: Some women do not have enough feeling in their breasts to enjoy much if any stimulation. This is typically the breasts that are like water balloons crowd, or she feels so insecure about her breasts that she cannot get turned on by you touching them, or you just suck at what you are doing and need more practice.)

Bring your hands up from her waist, tickling her stomach or sides if you can pull it off without breaking your wrists, and use your thumbs to rub (in a circular motion) her chest under her boobs from the side of her breasts to her cleavage. Again, not of a lot of attention is paid to this area and underwire bras, if she wears one, can rub, bind or pinch her, making this area sore.

(NOTE: underwire bras are bras that have a thick wire that runs underneath both boobs to help support a woman with a larger chest. Small breasted/no breasted women do not have a need for an underwire bra, so avoid using the term or bringing it up. It is not likely, but she might take the mention of an underwire bra as an insult or in some other way that might be detrimental to your end goal. Just understand what an underwire bra is and what it is for, not need to talk about it.)

Gently tickle the bottom of her breasts between her chest and her nipples with your finger nails, taking care to stay away from her nipples until you are done with absolutely every other part of her breasts, or until she grabs your hand or your head and jams one or both on her breasts.

Gently graze the sides of her breasts with your finger nails now that her bra has been removed and graze the tops of her breasts above her nipples as well. Keep taking the occasional glance to make sure you are not inducing any pain and carry on.

Kiss her and apply your whole hand to her breasts, with her nipples up against the palms of your hand and gently apply pressure and rub her breasts in a gentle circular motion. You should assume that this does not feel all that fantastic to her unless her mind is engaged and is helping you out.

Kiss her while you do this, kiss her chin, her jaw, her cheeks, her ears (but no smacking sound directly over the ear hole as that can hurt like hell,) nibble her ear lobes and begin to work down, kissing her neck ever so gently work your way to her shoulders.

Your hands should be gliding down her sides gently tickling her with your finger nails where you can pay attention to her stomach and her panty line all the way around her body. If her pants are not undone, now is a good time to pop that top button.

Kiss down her shoulders and neck until you reach her breasts, and then kiss every inch of her breasts slowly and gently, except her nipples, while your hands tickle the backs of her thighs, knees and calves. You could also run one hand up her body, tickling the area between her collar bone and her breasts, her neck, the side of her head, running your fingers through her hair, and finish by holding her hand if one is available.

As you are kissing her breasts, again slowly and gently, blow hot air on her nipples as you pass over the top of them, or gently lick her breasts in spots and blow air across those spots to give her some added sensation.

Do this to both breasts before move to the nipples as you may find one breast more sensitive than the other, and easier to arouse her by teasing. If all is good and she seems otherwise happy with what you are doing, move to the nipple of what you deem to be her most sensitive breast.

Lightly lick the edges of the nipple, again blowing air on her nipple from time to time, use one of your hands on the breast you are working on and use the other hand to engage some other part of her anatomy giving her another sensation.

Holding her hand may induce feeling of closeness and that you care about her, scratching her back may feel good on a different but complimentary level, running your fingers around the tops of her panties or the backs of her legs may start to warm up another part of her anatomy, as might tickling the backs of her knees or calves. Tickling her ankles or the tops of her feet will still generate a normal tickling sensation.

Again, when you feel the timing is right, cover her nipple with your warm mouth and gently suck on her breast. Physically there may not be much sensation, but there could very well be fireworks going off in her mind magnifying the experience 100 fold.

That is how you touch a woman's breasts.

As a final dating tip or piece of relationship advice,  if you have made a valiant effort to please her and have not seemed to hit the mark, gently grab her hands and ask her to teach your hands how to touch her and show you what feels good. She may get turned on by that thought alone, or she may say lets skip the boobs and get down to business. Who knows, these are women we are talking about here.

A recent survey from the UK found that one in 20 people over the age of 45 worry about having a heart attack during sex, and 31% of Britons have stopped sexual activity because they were too tired to continue.

Of the 1,752 participants, 26% confessed that they feel "completely exhausted" after sex. Surveyors also found that 43% of respondents are having sex less often than they did in their youth, and a fairly large portion are worried about the possibility that they could actually die from having too much fun. A spokesman for the company that commissioned the study suggests middle-aged couples should start looking after their bodies better, which will naturally lead to a better sex life. "The results of the survey highlight that maintaining a healthy lifestyle together with taking care of your heart, could help keep your sex life on track. By doing so the 31 percent cutting a session short due to exhaustion, may have more energy to carry on," said Iain Laing. This might also help the 5% freaked out about heart failure relax enough to enjoy the moment.

But not too much. We're not generally given to bashing kinks here, but sometimes enough is enough. Especially when sex can actually result in serious injury, or even death, like it did in a recent case in Brecht, Belgium. A 58-year-old British man reportedly collapsed following an encounter with Mistress Lucrezia, a sex worker who describes herself as "Europe's most perverted dominatrix." After a particularly "intense session" with the dom and her assistant, Mistress Juno, the man was found keeled over in the shower. Forensic experts believe he might have died from nitrous oxide, which the doms apparently gave him to act as an anesthetic for the "extreme pain." The two women have been arrested and charged with assault and battery leading to death, without intent to kill.

Could this have been avoided? Perhaps. There is something to be said of knowing the limits of one's body - and apparently, this man pushed himself to the very edge, with the help of a few willing "sadistic" participants. Though this case is extreme (and his tastes seem somewhat excessive), the fact that 26% of survey respondents report feeling "shattered" after sex might point to something other than heart health and physical ability, something that is tied to the ever-growing desire for over-the-top sexuality. I suspect that all the worry about "good" sex has made a fun, relaxing event into somewhat of a competitive sport. Porn (and movies and television) tell us that sex should be harder, faster, longer, and with more bells and whistles than ever before. But maybe it's time to chill out a little, stop and smell the latex and enjoy the moment (and this applies to people of all ages, not just the over-45 set). Sex should only be shattering in the very best sense - it shouldn't be exhausting or stressful or truly dangerous. I hate to say it, but if it kills you, you might be doing it wrong.

Scientists have found new evidence for possible saltwater flows on Mars. The discovery was announced at a NASA news conference Thursday at the space agency's headquarters in Washington.

Alfred McEwen, lead author of the Science journal study showing these observations, and his team observed Mars using the HiRISE camera aboard NASA's Mars Reconnaissance Orbiter. His team identified features on some planet slopes that appear to fade in the winter and come back in the spring.

These flows occur near Mars' equator in its southern hemisphere, where temperatures would be suitable for liquid water. Since Mars is about 50 million miles farther from the sun than Earth is from the sun, temperatures rarely break the freezing mark. Before the new findings, water was thought to exist in the form of ice in Mars' polar regions, and has also been detected at mid-latitudes. This is the first time there's good evidence for liquid water existing on the planet.

At the equator, summer highs can reach 70 degrees Fahrenheit (about 20 Celsius). But in the middle latitudes, where the observations disclosed Thursday were taken, temperatures range from about 32 degrees F at summer noon to overnight lows of -75 F (-60 C).

The water implicated in the new study is expected to be briny because previous study of Mars has shown that its surface is salty. The flows are finger-like and small; nowhere near the size of major rivers on Earth. They are also very narrow: 0.5 to 5 yards, or meters, wide.

Seven sites with these possible liquid flows have been confirmed on the planet, with 20 to 30 more possible, scientists said. In some locations, there are more than 1,000 individual flows.

“What makes these new observations so interesting is they occur at much lower latitudes [closer to the equator], where temperatures are much warmer and where it’s actually possible for liquid water to exist,” said Arizona State University geophysicist Phil Christensen, one of the scientists who studied the images beamed back from the orbiter.

The study does not prove water exists, but identifies it as the best explanation. It's worthwhile to think about alternative reasons for these observations, but none seems to fit as well as briny water, McEwen said.

"I think it’s going to be laboratory experiments on Earth that give us the best confirmation or refutation," he said.

The water may be more dense and viscous than what we're used to on Earth, to the point that it may appear syrup-like.

So what does this mean for life on Mars? If organisms live on the planet, they might go into a resting state during winter, if Mars does have water that flows as a liquid in warmer times and freezes at others, said Lisa Pratt, professor of geological sciences at Indiana University, Bloomington.

"It is our first chance to see an environment on Mars that might allow for the expression of an active biological process, if there is presently life on Mars,"  Pratt said.
